Work on your order will commence once your payment has been approved and your delivery/billing address has been verified.

Every item you order will be delivered to you in the time frame indicated under 'Delivery' in the description text for each item comprising your order.

However because every item on our website is handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques, delivery times may as a result occasionally be exceeded.

In the unlikely event that this occurs, you will be notified immediately and given a revised delivery time.

Please note your order will require a signature on receipt

We offer free standard delivery to any destination Worldwide. The only restriction we place on this commitment is that our nominated courier, 'Parcelforce Worldwide' is able to deliver to your chosen destination.

In the unlikely event that your destination is not covered and another courier has to be used, we will inform you immediately of any additional costs involved.

If however your destination cannot be delivered to at all, then any monies paid will be fully refunded to you.

Every item you order will be sent to you in secure packaging. However, despite our best endeavors your order may not reach you in the same condition that it left us.

This may be due to delivery procedures which may bring about wear and tear to the packaging. Under rare conditions your order may even be opened by customs authorities during transit for verification purposes.

In the unlikely event that this happens, then regrettably Bollywood Boutique will not be responsible for the condition in which your order is delivered to you and any resulting delays in delivery.

Many countries do not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. We will be more than happy to help you minimise payment of duty wherever possible. However these levies, if any, are the sole responsibility of you the customer and not included in the stated price for each item.
